“Albert”, a one year old Collie cross, was given a knuckle bone from a pet shop and happily devoured it. However, within 48hrs, he was vomiting all fluids and passing diarrhoea with shards of bone in.

Kanga – Springer Spaniel with IOHC

“Kanga”, a 6 year old Springer Spaniel, belonging to Vet Laura and her partner Charlie, was presented to the Vets where Laura worked at the time after a sudden onset of lameness on her left foreleg.

Archie – Torn Cruciate Ligament

In May 2014, Archie was presented as a second opinion referral to Calder Vets with left hind-limb lameness. This had been intermittent, but persistent for the previous couple of months.
